YOu don’t have to lead alone

Mission Statement

The Relational Church Network exists to honor Jesus Christ by serving His Body—the Church—through authentic relationships, healthy leadership, and strategic support. We walk with pastors and churches to encourage spiritual vitality, promote unity, and strengthen organizational health so that the Church may thrive in its God-given mission under the headship of Christ, in the Power of His Holy Spirit—to fulfill the Great Commission.

The Journey To RCN

Imagine being part of something bigger, something that grows through authentic connections and shared purpose. The journey of the Relational Church Network is more than just an idea; it’s a movement built on relationships that empower, inspire, and challenge us to step into something transformative. If you want to know how we got started watch this video.

  • The Relational Church Network exists to honor Jesus Christ by serving His Body—the Church—with integrity, humility, and purpose. We believe the Church belongs to Christ alone. It is not a man-made institution, but a living Body—purchased by His blood, sustained by His Spirit, and commissioned to reflect His glory.

RCN is a Christ-centered family of churches and leaders committed to stewarding what belongs to Him. We walk alongside pastors with relational and strategic support, rooted in the truth and grace of Jesus, to help the Church thrive in health, unity, and mission. In response, David began connecting pastors, providing encouragement, strategic coaching, and practical tools for spiritual, relational, and organizational health. What began as a few friendships and informal gatherings grew into a family of churches and leaders, united by the belief that the Kingdom is stronger together.

RCN is not owned or operated by a single church or individual, but is a collaboration of churches and senior leaders who are committed to lifting the name of Jesus above all else and helping one another walk in health and purpose.

Today, RCN exists to honor Jesus Christ by serving His Body—the Church—through authentic relationships, healthy leadership, and strategic support. We walk alongside pastors and churches across the U.S. and abroad to encourage spiritual vitality, promote unity, and strengthen organizational health, so that the Church may thrive in its God-given mission under Christ’s headship and through the power of the Holy Spirit—fulfilling the Great Commission.

  • Healthy churches begin with healthy leaders—anchored in Christ, connected in authentic community, and aligned with their calling. RCN provides relational covering and strategic guidance to help churches navigate challenges, pursue growth, and fulfill their God-given mission. We seek to foster collaboration, accountability, and enduring partnership centered on Christ.

What we believe.

  • We believe in one God who exists eternally as Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit.

  • We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. That he was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross, was raised back to life, and ascended to heaven.

  • We believe the Bible is divinely inspired and the ultimate authority for faith and life.

  • We believe it is every Christian’s mission to make disciples of all nations.

  • We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers to live out the Christian life.

  • We believe marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God between one man and one woman.

  • We believe gender is determined by God at birth, based on biological attributes, and is not subject to change, regardless of medical procedures.
