Pastor David
Founder & Director, Relational Church Network
David and his wife, Dana, have been joyfully married since 1986 and are the proud parents of three grown children—Carisa, Caitlyn, and Michael—and love spending time with their grandchildren. With over 30 years of experience in leadership, pastoral care, and life coaching, David is passionate about helping leaders, churches, and organizations reach their fullest potential in Christ.
A former Dallas Police officer and corporate leader, David later planted Lighthouse Christian Fellowship in Prosper, Texas, which grew from 12 people in his living room to one of North Texas’s largest congregations. He is the Founder and Director of the Relational Church Network (RCN) and has served as a senior pastor, business owner, and life coach, equipping leaders and churches to thrive in health, unity, and Kingdom impact.
David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Theology and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. He is Strategic Design Certified, a Life Language Coach, and a graduate of the Cox School of Business at SMU.

In 1987, Pastor Ron began in ministry with his wife, Ava, and for four decades, they have been serving the lord side by side. He also retired from the Houston Fire Department after 20 years of service and has both a Master in Theology and a PhD in Divinity.

Matt is a bold blend of reverence and wit — a spiritual leader with a sharp eye for detail, a deep love for Scripture, and a knack for turning theology into something both practical and punchline-worthy. Whether he’s crafting devotionals for young men, building sermons for 5,000, or fine-tuning a single image of the crucifixion, he brings intensity, vision, and humor to everything he touches. Matt Holds a Bachelor’s in Counseling/Psychology. An MBA in Business and an honorary doctorate.

Upon the strong prompting of Peggy, Eddie attended a non-denominational church service and everything changed. God called Eddie to full time ministry. Eddie served as the church administrator, the youth pastor, small groups pastor, and finally the assistant pastor.

Pastor Juan was raised in Puerto Rico. At 17, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. After completing his service, he earned a Summa Cum Laude degree in Business Administration and Accounting and later worked as a Senior Auditor for the Department of Defense in Dallas, Texas.
In 2012, he and his wife Amy planted a church in Dallas, starting with only a few chairs in a small laundry room. Through faith and obedience, the church has grown to 1,000 where it continues to impact lives through the power of the Gospel.
